1. Services
Nature Design provides villa and property renovation services in Dubai, UAE. All services are subject to a formal quotation and contract agreement before work commences.
2. Quotations & Estimates
Quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and scope changes agreed upon in writing.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project contracts. Typically, projects require a deposit upon contract signing, with staged payments throughout the project duration.
4. Permits & Approvals
Nature Design will assist with obtaining necessary permits and NOCs from relevant authorities. However, final approval timelines are subject to authority processing times and are outside our direct control.
5. Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty on all workmanship from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or issues arising from materials supplied by the client.
6. Liability
Nature Design maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all projects. Our liability is limited to the scope defined in individual project contracts.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Dubai, UAE.
